Consumer terms
Terms of service
These terms govern the one-time 90-day Heatwave Passes sold by operator not configured — live checkout disabled and use of Airco Tracker.
Effective version: 2026-07-22
Operator information is incomplete. Live checkout is disabled until the required legal information has been verified.
1. Operator and scope
The contracting operator is operator not configured — live checkout disabled, at address not configured — live checkout disabled. Email: contact not configured — live checkout disabled. Telephone: telephone not configured — live checkout disabled. Registration status: not configured — live checkout disabled. VAT status: not configured — live checkout disabled. These terms apply to consumers using the website, email alerts and paid passes.
2. Products, price and contract
Heatwave Alerts Pass provides stock-alert emails for 90 days. Heatwave Radar Pass also provides access to the near-real-time inventory page for 90 days, normally refreshed about every 10 minutes. Each pass is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Before live payment is enabled, the operator’s tax position must be confirmed. The Airco Tracker payment-confirmation page then shows the total price and whether VAT is included or no VAT is charged before you continue to Stripe; no extra Airco Tracker fee is added there. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms payment. We then send a confirmation email containing the order reference and the legal versions accepted at checkout.
3. Immediate performance and withdrawal
You may expressly request access to begin immediately after payment. That request is separate from accepting these terms. Airco Tracker voluntarily preserves a full refund for 14 days after purchase even if performance has started. Submit the online request or send an unambiguous statement/model form to withdrawal contact not configured — live checkout disabled before the deadline. We acknowledge the request by email, revoke access and instruct Stripe to refund the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. This policy is at least as favourable as mandatory consumer rights.
4. EU model withdrawal form
Complete and send only if you wish to withdraw: To: operator not configured — live checkout disabled, address not configured — live checkout disabled, withdrawal contact not configured — live checkout disabled I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the following service: __________ Ordered on: __________ Consumer name: __________ Consumer address: __________ Order reference: __________ Signature (only if submitted on paper): __________ Date: __________
5. Service performance and remedies
We use reasonable care to monitor retailer data, but inventory, price, delivery and preorder status can change between scans and may be stale, incomplete or wrong. Always confirm on the retailer’s site before buying. We do not sell or reserve air conditioners. If the digital service is not supplied or does not conform, contact contact not configured — live checkout disabled so we can restore conformity, provide a proportionate price reduction or refund where required by mandatory law.
6. Accounts, deletion and acceptable use
Keep access links and codes confidential. Do not scrape the paid interface, bypass access controls, overload the service, resell access or use it unlawfully. Account deletion removes the login identity, email, nickname, preferences, sessions and alert-recipient record. Where a paid order exists, a separate pseudonymous minimum ledger keeps only necessary contract, payment, refund, withdrawal and legal-acceptance evidence until its stated retention date; it contains no email, nickname, delivery preference or card brand/last four. We may suspend access proportionately to protect users or systems, while preserving mandatory refund and remedy rights.
7. Retailers and affiliate links
Purchases from retailers form a separate contract between you and that retailer. We are not their agent and do not control their fulfilment. Some marked links are affiliate links; we may receive commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate status does not determine inclusion or ranking.
8. Liability and availability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to that, we are not responsible for a retailer’s stock, pricing, delivery or contract, or indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Maintenance, third-party outages and anti-bot changes can interrupt monitoring.
9. Changes, law, complaints and mediation
The version accepted at checkout governs that order. Material changes apply prospectively, not retroactively to a paid pass. Dutch law applies without depriving you of mandatory protections of your country of residence. Contact contact not configured — live checkout disabled first with your order reference. If a French consumer complaint is not resolved directly, you may refer it free of charge to our appointed consumer mediator: French consumer mediator not configured — live checkout disabled. Competent courts and authorities remain available under mandatory law.
